  • What can I do if the shoes don’t fit comfortably?
You can return any purchases within 10 days of receiving them, as long as they are in “new” condition, not worn outside.
  • How do I return products if I change my mind?
Re-package unworn, undamaged and unused products for return, including branded packaging and dust bags (where provided), using Canada Post.             
  • How do I receive my refund for returned products?
Once the item(s) are received at Eclectic Sole and confirmed that they are in acceptable condition a refund for the merchandise, not including shipping, will be processed to the original form of payment used when making the purchase.
  • Will I be charged Import Duty, since the items come from Brazil? 

All Import Duties and Fees will be paid by Eclectic Sole.

  • What happens if there is a defect on the items purchased?
Eclectic Sole stands behind the products we sell. If there is a defect upon receiving the merchandise you can return unworn, undamaged and unused products using Canada Post, and you will be refunded once the item is received at Eclectic Sole and the defect is confirmed.
  • How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of receiving the products, and refunds are usually received within 5 business days of being processed, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

  • How can I find out more information about an item I’m considering for purchase?

Questions can be asked using the “Chat” button at the bottom right of the screen on the website, or by using the “Contact Us” link found at the bottom of the screen under the heading “Customer Care”.

  • How long will it take for my purchase to arrive at my address?

Most purchases are coming directly from the designer’s shop in Brazil, and take 1-3 business days to process, and 6-12 days to ship once it has been fulfilled. Some products are at Eclectic Sole in Canada, and will take 2-5 days to arrive at Canadian provincial addresses once fulfilled.

  • Do I have the option to have my purchase shipped faster?

At this time we do not offer Express shipping options on the website. However, Eclectic Sole will be happy to arrange expedited shipping on your behalf if you contact us with your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • How can I get my purchase shipped without paying a shipping fee?

All shipments are subject to the subsidized $20 Shipping Fee. However, orders $200 or more will not be charged a Shipping Fee

  • Are there other colours available for products on the website?

We encourage you to ask about any colour options you wish to be available, and Eclectic Sole will reach out to the Designer on your behalf.

    • Do you have a physical location where I can see and try on the products?

    Eclectic Sole is solely online, without a physical store, but you have 10 days to return any purchases that do not look or fit to your liking.

      • Can I find these shoes in retail stores in Canada?

      The products available at Eclectic Sole are sold exclusively in Canada through the Eclectic Sole website and cannot be found anywhere else online or in Canada.

        • When do you add new products to the website?

        Eclectic Sole is always in discussion with new Designers to bring on new collections, and our existing Designer partners have new collections added seasonally. New items may appear at any time, and can be found in the “New Arrivals” section link found at the top of the homepage.
